1. A Handwritten Declaration. The Declaration of Albanian Independence was written by hand - and that historic document is still preserved today!

2. Unity in Diversity 🤝 Our Independence Day celebration in Vlora in 1912 brought together Albanian leaders from all religions - Muslims, Orthodox Christians, and Catholics - showing our unique unity.

3. Valuable Heritage 📫 Albania's first postage stamps, issued in 1913, featured Skanderbeg, and they're now among the most valuable stamps in the world!

4. First Wheels 🚗 When we gained independence, Albania had only one car in the country - owned by our first prime minister!

5. Made with Love 🧵 The first Albanian flag raised at independence was sewn by local women in Vlora using fabric from local shops.

8. Press Freedom 📰 The first newspaper published in independent Albania was called "Përlindja e Shqipëries" (The Renaissance of Albania), and its first issue announced the country's independence!
